cartouche form, embossed with rococo ornament and pair of lions flanking inscribed cartouche, below the Tablets of the Law, set with three jewels, inscribed in Hebrew in the center: "This is the donation of our teacher and Rabbi, Reb Samuel son of Ya-akov Koppel;" and in the bottom: "Sunday Rosh Hodesh Tammuz in the year [5]547 (1787)."
