rectangular with arched top, openwork edges, applied with lions flanking cartouche below griffons, enclosed by columns overlaid with pierced strapwork, set with red stones and engraved with Hebrew presentation inscription, the background chased with interlaced strapwork on matted ground, all surmounted by an openwork crown centered by a lion couchant.

Condition

Center has four rivets which no longer function suggesting remounting or change of applied cartouche. Griffons now attached with glue, right column with replaced strapwork, damage and partial replacements to edges, splits in base panel.
