Condition
Overall in very good original condition. The top of the base with oxidation and rubbing to the patina surrounding the metal rods. With some discoloration and spots scattered throughout the surface of base, consistent with the natural aging of the material. A few of the metal rods present with gentle bending that is consistent with gentle handling. This is a fine early example of Bertoia's work with a rare composition that gives off a pleasant chiming tone when the rods are played.
