Overall excellent original condition. The gold of the necklace with a more brilliant hue than what is shown in the catalogue photograph. The quartz discs with linear decorations that are inherent in the design and add great depth to the aesthetic of the necklace. This lot is being sold with a fitted original red jewelry box marked Ettore Sottsass and with the producers firm. When viewed in person, this necklace displays the intricate decorative elements that the artist sought to achieve in his designs and shows the best features of his creative vision and craftsmanship.
