Condition

Overall very good condition. The ebonized wood surfaces show some areas of minor rubbing. With scattered minor nicks, dings and scratches consistent with gentle use. One chair with a 2 ¼ inch indention with loss of ebonized finish to top rail. With a minor tight age crack to the proper right exterior armrest extending approximately half the length of the arm, which remains stable. The caning on both chairs is in very good condition. The coloration and caning is consistent across the pair. With two very minor breaks to the caning, one on each seat, located at a caning knot on the underside of the chair, measuring ¼ inch in length. The fabric upholstered cushions are later and display very subtly varying shades of brown. A wonderful pair showing a consistent coloration across the ebonized wood finish.
