Overall excellent original condition. When examined under blacklight, this Moon Pot shows no evidence of prior restoration. This large scale sculpture with wonderful scale when viewed in person. The glazework is highly detailed and executed with a wonderful selection of complementing tones. This work has a magnificent sculptural presence when viewed in person. The coloration of this example is complementary to the smaller Moon Pot offered as lot 135 and was acquired at the same time by the present owner.
