Condition

Overall very good condition. It appears that these pieces have likely been cleaned and have not been used in a fireplace setting The front decorative element of each chenets appear to present with very minor rubbing to the patination and minor scattered spots of discoloration. The back structural elements with minor rubbing and some scattered surface scratches. A wonderful design emblematic of Royère’s design aesthetic and rare offering as a pair of chenets.
