Condition

Overall in very good condition. Both the vanity and chairs have a later applied finish and each presents currently with a slightly shiny finish. The top surface of the vanity shows minor edge nicks, rubbing to finish and surface scratches consistent with gentle use. With minor area of restoration to the top surface measuring 3/4 inch in length. The marquetry surface with some minor and presently table age cracks. One of the small shelves adjacent to the mirror has come unglued, yet remains stable. The chairs with later upholstery which has been sensitively executed. The upholstery with gentle use and a few minor isolated spots of surface dirt. the legs of the chairs with gentle surface scratches, abrasions and nicks consistent with use. The vanity has a wonderfully detailed marquetry top and elegant design throughout.
