Condition

Overall in very good condition. This vase has been examined under blacklight, and there is no evidence of prior restoration. With a few very minor surface irregularities which are inherent in the production of the vase. This vase with few small and minor glaze flecks to the raised contours of the decorative elements and one slightly larger glaze chip (measuring 1/8 inch in length) to the raised top contour of a leaf at the mid-section of the vase. The immediate bottom edge of the vase with a small and minor glaze chip (measuring 1/8 x ΒΌ inch) which is visible in the catalogue illustration. An attractive example with richly saturated color, prominent veining to the glaze and crisply defined relief decoration.
