Condition
Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 6 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout. There is some minor leading separation around 3 adjacent geometric glass tiles just below the top rim (this area appears stable). The patinated bronze surfaces of the base display an exceptionally deep and rich russet brown and green patina with some occasional light surface scratches, abrasions and rubbing to the patina consistent with age and gentle use. The three sockets appear to be old replacements; the paddle switches appear to be original and undisturbed. All three socket casings with light surface wear consistent with age and use, and each socket lacking the small screw which originally stabilized them to the socket cluster arms (regardless each socket is entirely stable). With a period finial by Tiffany Studios, which presently sits on top the shade and is lacking a threaded pin to reinforce it to the base wheel. A beautiful example of the model displaying a highly naturalistic and artistic glass selection, most notably distinguished by the vigorously mottled glass articulating the daffodil blossoms and the unusual streaky background glass.
