Condition
Overall in very good condition. This is an assembled pair and as seen in the catalogue illustration each piece varies in size, decoration, iridescence and color. The favrile glass elements of each with a few tiny air bubble and particulate inclusions inherent in the making. The exterior glass surfaces with a few minute shallow surface scratches and light rubbing consistent with age and gentle handling. The gilt metal rims showing gentle rubbing, light surface soiling and occasional traces of surface oxidation and discoloration consistent with age and use.
