Condition
Overall in good condition. The headboard is designed to be used with a king sized bedframe. The lot being offered in the auction comprises only a headboard. The headboard with some scattered chips along the freeform top edge, which most visible from the reverse, and therefore are only visible on close inspection once the headboard is proper placed. The lower stretcher with nicks, scratches and minor losses from use and installation of the prior ownerÂ’s bedframe. This area will be similarly covered once one attaches a bedframe. As seen in the catalogue illustration, this board presents with dramatic figuring, vivid coloration and wonderful shape.
