Overall in very good original condition. The leather cushion on the lounge chair shows gentle wear, some minor compression of the fill, light crazing and a few occasional surface scratches. The leather retains a wonderful patina and none of the wear breaks the surface of the leather. The reverse of the leather cushion with a fabric panel and therefore the cushion can be flipped for use. The canvas underseat in excellent condition. The design of this element is fitted with rope and grommets and is laced up the center portion. The chair appears to have been gently used and sensitively maintained. The chromium-plated frame with a few shallow surface scratches and some minor unevenness to isolated areas, which appears inherent in the design. The cane of the top surface of the armrest with rubbing and losses to finish, as seen in the catalogue illustration. A very nice example of this form which presents in gently used condition.
