Overall very good condition. The favrile glass shade is in excellent condition, with a few very small and minor air bubble and particulate inclusions inherent in the making. The top aperture rim of the shade is in excellent condition with no chips or flecks. The shade is finely iridized and when viewed with reflected light displays brilliantly saturated luminous color to the pulled feather decoration. The patinated bronze surfaces of the base display a rich green and russet brown patina, with minimal surface wear and rubbing consistent with age and gentle use. The base with a later period socket that has been sensitively replaced. The base appears to retain the original bronze screw terminals which secure the shade. A fine example of this counterbalance lamp model, displaying strong decoration and color to the shade.
