Catalogue Note

"Li Guijun is such an artist of unique talent, but with his experience, he discovers some rich possibilities, which have helped his style to develop to a very high level of completeness. In each canvas, Li Gui Jun attains an understated sense of drama combined with a sensuality for the viewer. In each composition, he focuses on a moment in a young adolescent girl's life. He has a fine eye for details and can paint realistically anything he chooses to."
