A framed carved ivory relief France, second half 19th century

the relief titled Renouvellement d'alliance entre la France et la Suisse fait dans l'eglise de notre Dame de Paris par le Louis XIV et les ambassadeurs des XIII cantons et de leurs alliez le XIII NOV. MDCLXIII

the wooden frame shows some worm damage in places, the ivory is very finely carved with a low relief to its background showing multiple figures in the cathedral, the foreground with multiple figures in high reliefs, there are some black stains in places consistent with dirt and age, there are no large age cracks to the relief, the bottom left corner of the frame shows a carved ivory plaque of the Switzerland flag and has a chip on its bottom left corner, this chip is visible in the catalogue illustration
