the upper structure fitted with an inset green marble top above three drawers, the cylinder opening to a pullout green leather writing surface and an arrangement of drawers and niche, the lower desk fitted to each side with a pullout writing surface and five frieze drawers, the proper left hand drawer fitted with a safe, the central frieze drawer stenciled 52356

Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. Tarnishing to gilt-bronze in places. The leather tops with usual scratches and stains consistent with use, many minute losses to veneer to edge of cabinet, the marble top shows a diagnal crack to the proper left hand side as well as a crack to the proper left front corner.
