each vase, stand and cover applied with putti and colorful flower garlands, one mounted with a gilt-bronze clock, crossed lines and T mark in underglaze-blue.
Condition
There are some occasional chips, losses or restoration to the applied leaves and flowers on the vases, stands and covers. Both vases have some filler material, where the lower body is bolted to the stem, possibly to stabilize the vases.
The clock vase: The end of the drapery on one cherub beneath the clock face is restored. There is some restoration to the top of the stem where it meets the lower body of the vase. The wing of one cherub on the foot of the vase is restored.
Vase: Wings of large cherubs around the neck are restored. The hand of one of the cherubs is restored. Both legs of a second cherub are restored. The basket of flowers that would have been sitting between the small cherubs on the front has been broken away and there is some restoration to the oval shell. The wings and both arms of the small cherub on the base are restored.
Covers: One cover is crazed overall. Same cover has some minor restoration to the crown. The cherub in blue drapery has been broken off and restored back. There is further restoration to the neck, wings and both arms. Both wings and one arm of the other cherub are restored. There is restoration to the ends of green grasses. Other cover in generally good condition.
Stands: One stand has a 2-inch section of the edge has been broken and glued back. The other is in generally good condition.
