comprising: a large beaker vase painted with a gilt-edged oval portrait panel of Napoleon I and various neoclassical and heraldic motifs in raised gilding beneath a pink-ground border suspending gilt floral swags, a pair of small cobalt-blue ground vases reserved with a portrait panel of the Emperor or Josephine and a Meissen reticulated plate painted in the center with the portrait of 'Napoleon I on His Imperial Throne' after Jean Auguste Dominique Ingresthe vases with pseudo shield or Dresden marks in blue and inscribed titles 'Napoleon I', the plate with crossed swords mark and numeral I in blue.

Condition

The pair of small vases: Some minor wear to the gilt lines around the rim and around the foot. The plate: There is an approximate 1- 2 inch restored break to the pierced rim; the overspray extending around approximately around 1/3 of the rim. The restoration is well done.
