finely painted after Paul Delaroche (1797-1856), with carved giltwood frame, impressed sceptre mark over KPM.
Condition
On the green enameled areas of the painting, there is a "matt-bloom", which ahs some light scratching in places indicating that it could be removable with light abrasion. The plaque is otherwise in good condition.
