fitted with an inset brèche violette marble top, on caryatid supports terminating on paw feet and joined by a looped stretcher

Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks consistent with age and use. The marble with the usual minor chips to edges, scratches to surface consistent with age and use. Overall with extensive worm damage. Age cracks visible to each corner of figural support. Overall redecorated with gold paint above the gold leaf. The molded top recently regilded with gold leaf.
