Catalogue Note

Silkeborg is on the banks of the River Guden, surrounded by large forests within the largest lake district in Denmark. The Guden is Denmark's longest waterway and the river banks are renowned for their abundant flora and fauna. Monsted has succeeded in representing the vista with charateristic attention to detail and conveys the spirit of the landscape.
