Description

Each designed as a scallop shell decorated with cannetille work, circular-cut rubies and emeralds, circular- and single-cut diamonds, later earring hoop fittings.

Condition

Rubies light pinkish red, possibly foiled, emeralds medium green, also possibly foiled, all with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.80 - 1.00 carats, largest stone estimated colour I/L, estimated clarity VS, graded in yellow mount. Each engraved to reverse with shell pattern. Abrasions to mount consistent with age and wear, later hoop fittings to reverse of earrings. In very good condition.
