Description

  • diamond, enamel, gold
Set with oval, cushion-shaped and rose diamonds, highlighted with translucent and opaque enamel, inscribed to underside, 'George Lord Headley, died April 9th, 1778, aged 94', size R½.

Condition

Enamel dark blue and white, in good condition. Oval diamond spread weight at approximately 0.30 carats, estimated colour J-L, estimated clarity I, remaining diamonds bright and lively. Inscription rubbed, mount with abrasions consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
