Description

Each of cluster design set with an oval ruby within a border of circular-cut diamonds, Russian assay and maker's marks, post fittings.
Condition
Accompanied by Laboratoire Francais de Gemmologie report no. 188281, stating the rubies are Burmese, with no indications of heating.
Rubies measuring approximately 8.8 x 7 x 4.7 = 2.32cts and 9.2 x 7.4 x 2.9 = 1.58cts respectively. Deep red with some characteristic inclusions visible under magnification.
Stamped with Russian assay marks for Odessa. Maker's mark with letters I P.
Total diamond weight approximately 3.00-3.50 carats, mixed colours and clarities, estimated H-I, Si-I. Hinged fittings slightly loose, overall good condition.
