Condition

This is a stylish accessory. The panther on top is in fine condition. There is minor surface dirt and slight rubbing. On the box, the left side brass handle is stained. Each corner at the base of the box has lifting to the veneer. This damage will require workshop attention. The humidifier may need replacing. This does not include a key for the lock.

Catalogue Note

Davidoff have specialised in luxury tobacco products since the opening of their shop in Geneva in 1912. Many credit Zino Davidoff with the invention of the desk top humidor in the 1940's of which the offered lot is a fine example.
