Catalogue Note
Pietro Riva began building boats in 1842 in the small town of Sarnico in Northern Italy. It was not until the 1950's when Pietro's great grandson Carlo took over the company that there was a focus on perfecting and building pleasure boats. As a result and since then RIVA has become an iconic brand synonymous with extraordinary speedboats used by the rich and famous.
This model is a copy of Gunter Sach's 'Dracula' boat which is 1 of only 277 RIVA Aquarama Special boats that were made from 1972 to 1996.
