Stylish and with a new pair of shades these would be of a large size. The shades illustrated in this sale catalogue are not included with this lot. These lamps
will require checking for safe use and re-wiring by a professional electrician.

Catalogue Note
Auguste-Jean-François Legras was an experienced and prolific glass manufacturer. He continually developed and expanded not only ranges but colours and new patterns. The firm exhibited internationally between 1888 and 1908 and were the recipients of two Grand Prix with Legras himself receiveing the Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur. The company were well known for their clever combination of Art Nouveau motifs with sophisticated glass making techniques which these vases demonstrate superbly.
