With scattered age and construction cracks, dents and abrasions. Top with drillhole, approximately 0.5in in diameter, back with a few smaller holes. Base reinforced on reverse and on underside. Small losses to wood, mostly at key hole, which originally possibly with mount. With scattered old worm damage to back and base. Lion masks with some abrasions and small losses. Gesso with losses and cracks. Applied trellis with some lifting and cracks in areas. Paint with rubbing, losses, chips and light surface dirt. Regilt, gilding with rubbing, some patches and losses. In otherwise good condition.
