pierced cover centred by engraved armorial, body incorporating grotesque masks in Baroque scrolls, part wood swing handle, including a contemporary incense spoon with shell bowl, illegible marks
Condition
Handle wobbly at join of wood and silver, also a bit wobbly at cover hinge. Repair at hinge but quite nicely done, further repairs at the cover and with additions of sheet silver to strengthen. Wear to feet with some losses. Clear marks on the body, overall a bit of repair and some wear but a nice item
