- Portrait of lady, said to be Bianca Capello, half length, wearing black and a large ruff collar

- Oil on copper, in an Italian carved walnut frame

Condition
The copper support is flat and stable. The painting is in very good overall condition. The paint surface is a little dirty and the varnish slightly discoloured, but there are no major damages or repairs and little sign of wear. Inspection under ultra violet light revals only minimal spot retouchings. The frame with old minor marks, chips and scratches consistent with age.
