Condition

To the naked eye: The painting is in in a fairly satisfactory state of preservation. It is painted on an oak panel made with two non craddle planks. The lower plank is broken in half horizontally. We notice small laks along the slit at the break of the board. There is a restoration horizontal over the entire length of the panel in the center of the composition at the junction of the two planks. Under UV light: The painting appears under a green uniform varnish. We notice some small restorations in the sky on the right, some restorations on the side wall of the house on the left. A slight retouch on the horse.
