To the naked eye: The painting comes in a relatively good state of preservation. It has been relined there are forty years, a bit too strongly, which has slightly flatted the material. The painting has been cleaned a bit much and it's a little worn in the brown parts especially in the clothing of the character. Under UV lamp: We notice some small restorations in the sleeve of the right arm of the character. Few retouchings in the sky and in the upper left corner. Some dots of restoration in the hand lower center.
