To the naked eye:
The painting comes in a fine state of preservation. The piece of paesine is in beautiful condition and has not been fractured. It is surrounded by four black stone strip for framing (original mounting).
The pictorial surface is well preserved. We notice a few minor small laks in the plumage of the character lower right.
Under UV light:
Some very light spot of retouching in the horse's neck (second from left). And some minor retouchings in the body of the horse in the center.
