Condition

This early print, on double-weight lightly textured paper with a slight surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. In raking light, very small deposits of original retouching are visible overall. The edges of the print are rubbed, with attendant tiny-to-small losses of emulsion. The print corners are worn, and the upper right corner is lightly creased. The black negative border is visible along the right and lower left edges of the print. The reverse of the print is soiled from handling and age. When examined under ultraviolet light, this print does not appear to fluoresce.
