Condition

This print, on double-weight paper with a slight surface sheen, is in generally good condition. The edges are rubbed, and there are creases in the lower corners (4 inches at left and 3/8-inch at right) that appear to break the emulsion. At the periphery, there is a 3/16-inch band of what appears to be an adhesive deposit, possibly from a prior overmat. In places along this band, the tonality is warm. The reverse of the print has extensive light rust-colored adhesive remains, indicating that it may have been previously affixed with glue to a mount.
