Condition

This early ferrotyped print, on single-weight paper, is in generally excellent condition. When examined in raking light, several characteristics resulting from the ferrotyping process are visible: uneven coverage, tiny pitting of the surface, and faint, barely visible scratches. On the reverse of the print, there are two very small paper tape remnants in the lower corners, as well as a pale yellow deposit of indeterminate nature. These do not affect the image.
