Condition
'Los Angeles,' 1975 - This photograph, on semi-glossy, double-weight, lightly-textured paper, is in generally very good condition. The margin corners are bumped. Upon close examination in raking light, a few deposits of original retouching are visible. Also visible upon close examination are 3 small soft creases: one in the lower left margin and 2 in the lower portion of the image.
Untitled (Clasped Hands), 1938 - This print is flush-mounted to thin board, and there is chipping along the edges and the corners are creased. Light scratches, scuffs, and small indentations are visible overall. In raking light, a few small, soft handling creases are visible. In the upper right quadrant, several small matte deposits, possibly some liquid residue, are visible. The photographer's studio stamp is on the reverse of the mount. Also on the reverse are the following notations in pencil: '591/4' and 'B4.' When examined under ultraviolet light, this print does not appear to fluoresce.
Untitled (Boy with Outstretched Hand), 1965 - This photograph, on double-weight Agfa paper with a surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. Only visible in raking light are the following: fingerprints; a few small impressions that do not break the emulsion; and scattered surface scratches.
