Condition

This early warm-toned print, with Bourke-White's characteristic black ink borders, is mounted on slick buff-colored board. The print is in generally excellent condition. When examined in raking light, light silvering is visible at the edges. The mount is lightly soiled on the front and back. The edges of the mount are rubbed, and the corners are bumped, with some loss of the top paper ply. The mount is creased/cracked at the lower left corner, there is a tear at the right edge, and there are losses along the right edge. There are two very small cloth tape remains on the reverse at the upper edge. None of these issues affects the print.
