Condition
Negative Photogram - This print, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally very good to excellent condition. Upon close examination in high raking light are the following: a 1/2-inch crease that breaks the emulsion in the lower right quadrant; and faint graphite-colored soiling and scuffs overall. The corners are bumped. On the reverse of the print are the following notations: 'Vintage print,' 'photogram,' and '1946 N. Y.' The reverse of the print is lightly soiled.Positive Photogram - This print, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. In raking light, a few handling creases are visible overall (most noticeably a sharp crescent-shaped crease near the upper left edge). The corners are bumped, and there are one-inch remnants of clear tape in each corner. On the reverse of the print are the following notations: 'photo taken in New York 1946 Experiment (vintage print).' The reverse of the print is age-appropriately darkened and somewhat soiled.
