Condition
This early, warm-toned print, on matte-surface paper and mounted to cream-colored board, is in generally excellent condition. The signature appears to be later.The mount is warmer-toned in a 1/4-inch band around the edges of the print.When examined with a black light, this print does not appear to fluoresce.

Catalogue Note
The elegant fingers pictured above belong to the acclaimed Gerald Warburg, son of New York City financier and philanthropist Felix M. Warburg. A Harvard graduate, Gerald Warburg studied music in New York, Paris, and Vienna, and made his debut with the New York Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra in 1927. In 1933, he married Conde Nast’s daughter Natica. His father’s mansion at 1109 Fifth Avenue now houses the Jewish Museum.
