Condition

Executed on cream wove paper. Affixed to a mount with adhesive at various points around the verso of the sheet. Sheet is very slightly undulated. Very minor surface stains most noticeable at bottom right corner where adhesive has caused minor discoloration to the sheet. Quarter-inch repaired tear along bottom right edge. Overall this work is in very good condition.

Buley-Uribe notes that the present drawing relates to a group of drawings of standing female nudes in both the Musée Rodin (D. 1215; D. 4937; D. 4228) and Musée Clemenceau, Paris (Inv. 28).
