Condition

Original canvas. There are light paint abrasions to the upper inner frame edge with a few spots of paint loss. There is an area of restoration and scratches to the upper middle section and a few spots of paint loss in places elsewhere. UV light reveals areas of retouching to the aforementioned restoraton. There are some spots of infilling to the upper inner frame edge. A thick layer of opaque varnish prevents further analysis. Held in a silver painted wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
