Condition
The canvas has been lined. There are fine vertical lines of craquelure and some horizontal creases. There is a layer of light surface dirt. UV light reveals thin vertical lines of retouching running throughout the canvas, retouching to the edges and smaller scattered areas of retuoching in places elsewhere. Held in a gold painted moulded wood and plaster frame. Unexamined out of frame.
