Condition
There is a very minor area of loss to the lower left edge of the cardboard and a small area of wear and associated paint loss in the lower left corner below the red awning. The paint surface is slightly dirty and there is a light scratch in the top right quadrant. Otherwise the work is in relatively good condition and ready to hang. UV light reveals an opaque layer of uneven varnish. A light brown pigment fluouresces slightly under UV in spots in places in the central section, but there is no apparent sign of retouching elsewhere, Held in a gold painted frame. Unexamined out of frame.
