Condition
The board appears sound. The surface is dirty, especially to the impasto and the applied pieces of wood. There are small areas of paint loss to the applied materials. There are some fine lines of craquelure visible in places to the impasto. UV light reveals some small area of retouching to the black area in the lower right quadrant, however a layer of fluorescent varnish prevents from further conclusion. Held in a wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
