Condition

The sheet is sound and has slightly discoloured with some areas of light smudging in places. Held in a wooden frame under glass. Unexamined out of frame.

A major figure in the Italian Neo-realist movement, the director and actor Vittorio de Sica (1909-1973) starred in Max Ophul's 1953 film, The Earrings of Madame de... for which Annenkov designed the sets and costumes.
