Condition
There are flecks and areas of paint loss around all edges, especially to the lower edge, possibly due to frame abrasion. There are fine lines of craquelure in places, mainly to the lower part of the canvas and the areas of the sky where the paint has been retouched. UV light reveals areas of extensive retouching scattered throughout, mainly to the lower half of the canvas. Held in a slip frame. Unexamined out of frame.
