the cavetto with a reproduction of the painting by Alexey Kivshenko depicting the Fili Council of War deciding to Abandon Moscow to Napoleon and titled in Cyrillic l.r., dark green border with gilt frieze, with obliterated green Imperial cipher for Nicholas II

Condition

There is some rubbing to the gilding and painted decoration as expected with age.
