the gadrooned trefoil-form bowl with three scrolling handles, each set with a coin from the reign of Empress Elizabeth I dated 1747, the centre of the bowl with a coin from the reign of Empress Anna Ioannovna dated 1737, struck K. Fabergé beneath the Imperial Warrant, 88 standard, scratched inventory number 4684
Condition
Generally good condition and good weight with some light scratches, and wear to the coins.
